HR Manager

We are an international technical service provider with over 250 technicians delivering technical and IT services to the construction, industry and energy sectors all over the world. Our DNA is half-Danish and half-Polish.
Currently, we are looking for a HR Manager reporting directly to CAO

The Job
We are looking for a candidate ready to take the HR department to a new level. Our HR is in the heart of company’s operations and its deliverables have strategic importance for our business. It is the position for a person who despite the daily routines will have creativity and power to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the HR Team, using modern digital and AI solutions for repetitive tasks in order to free resources to concentrate on quality of recruitment, human development and employees’ needs.

You will manage a team of 8 people who are in charge of recruitment in a demanding sector of the labour market,  international compliance, payroll for ca 300 employees in the Group (mostly – but not exclusively – in Poland and Denmark), staff development and evaluation.

The key deliverables expected of our HR department are:

  • providing suitable technical staff for projects in response to changing needs of our customers in close cooperation with the project department
  • ensuring compliance with both Polish/Danish regulations and in countries where we execute projects
  • enhancing wellbeing and motivation of all staff, supporting their professional development and lowering staff turnover

In order to create a world class HR department, you will have to:

  • Follow trends in People’s Management and use modern tools
  • Work closely with all heads of departments in the organisation, ensuring that company goals are met
  • Identify and eliminate waste in HR processes and find better ways of working
  • Take ownership of initiatives from identification through to project delivery
  • Creatively find solutions suitable for cross border operations
  • Ensure that required documentation and data are on the high level of accuracy

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has a solid knowledge of labour law regulations in international context
  • Can lead, inspire and motivate the team, delegate tasks and deliver the results
  • Shares company’s values and culture, and actively cooperates with all departments to achieve the strategic objectives
  • Inspires, proposes and implements changes
  • Is self-driven, well-organised, able to achieve the objectives and meet deadlines
  • Has a good professional command of English and is used to working in this language
  • Experience of working as HR Manager is not a must, but will be an advantage
